Can't you spawn an object from the figure by selecting all the groups with the grouping tool?

Read through this thread. It talks about making hypbred clothing.  It started off discussing the Morphing Fantasy Dress, but it can be appled to all kinds of dresses that have a hip area.

It only works in Poser 6 and up.

I looking for the same thing, but it is not possible cause conforming cholthes have many part ( hip, abdomen etc etc etc ) who can't be edited at the same time with the grouping tool ...

The only way is exporting ... It work very well socks, stockings ( all material as constrain group ), skirts, dress, but work very bad with shirt or jackets, dress with ribbons, corsets.

Trying and triying, i see only that.

Er.. perhaps I'm missing something here but why don't you use the obj from the conformer? Just import it with "weld vertices" and the grouping is gone...

Importing  the obj from the conformer is ok when your character is at position 0,0,0, if your character is at 100,200,300, your conformer obj wil be loaded at 0,0,0, instead of export/import, you export/import the position of the obj too

The weld figure script may be what you looking for.  It's one of the Wardrobe Wizard scripts (utilities>figure) and is in Poser Pro 2010 and I think it is in Poser 8

The POINT is you import the original OBJ that the CR2 calls for and then resave it to the library as a Dynamic Prop that will then load to your figure wherever it is located.

The link has a python script for converting figures into props with added things like whether or not to keep the texture, or delete the figure
