I don't want to use other skins unless they have the same skin color

 Loads of them in the Marketplace here and on Daz. Try ShareCG for free ones, I don't know if there are any, though.

BE AWARE that not all M4 skins include a map for the genitals, check the readme for whatever product you're looking at, if you need that bit!

But the original M4 skin texture shaders are not very well constructed.  The skin will cast a bluish tint, and the nude hip area does not match the rest of the body texture.  You will either need to modify node settings or change it entirely by converting to BB's VSSProp.

for the included base   texture , there is a file in textures that removes the shorts . There is no pose file for it though , you need to manually apply it to skinhip material.
