Subject: Poser 7 Freezes on import

I have Poser 7 SP3, and when I try to import an obj, or 3ds it freezes at the end of the import. Status bar seems to be at 100%. I've even waited 15 mins. The meshes import just fine into daz studio and other apps, they're really not that high in polys. The polys are all quads , and single mesh has a good uv layout. I've unistalled and reinstalled both the service pack, and the entire program.I've Googled but cannot find a solution.

support.smithmicro.com/cs/smkb.cfg/php.exe/enduser/std_adp.php  Apparently I had to delete 3 preference files. It seems I'm back in business now, tho I don't have a clue as to what I may have done to corrupt them in the first place.

I think what happens is, when you add/remove/copy content into poser, it affects it. Thats what I noticed.
