oops, thread dropped off the page! o.k., deleted hanging curtain, 16 bounces, sun/sky. difficult getting bounces into lionhead alcove in back.

If Lux was a fast renderer it would be great as a preview render for any modeling app that doesn't have a preview render or that needs a better one.

ice-boy, I'm not as good looking as miss nancy but I come bearing gifts all the same new sponza atrium it's a link to the crytek forum where you'll find the files you're looking for, it wasn't easy to find as I was taken to 3 dead ends before I found the right place.

o.k., thx fr posting link, luke.  I had also posted it in my gallery render.
hdri sky has significant fx, but directional lites needed for nice colours IMVHO.
