Subject: System implies I already used my RenderRewards...

I tried to use my Sept RenderRewards for an order, but instead I get an error message stating, "..Sorry, that gift certificate has already been spent."   According to the info in my account, ".........................

Amount Remaining  Expires
40.02 40.02 09/30/10

I'd appreciate someone taking a peek at this and see what's going on...

Please be sure to copy and paste the code exactly as you see it with no leading or trailing spaces in the gift certificate box and click the apply button.

Tried again (three times actually) and using the 'Home' and 'End' keys, inspected the field at beginning and end.  No spaces before or after and double-checked that I entered it into the 'Gift Certificate' field.....  Still no joy!    I also checked all orders in September (only one) to make sure that I hadn't already used the RenderRewards already.  I did use a Gift Certificate, but in that case it was a GC that I had purchased....

Any way for someone to query the store 'database' to see where/when/if the code was (supposedly) already used?

Thank you for letting me know you are still having trouble applying the Render Rewards. I will have one of the techs look into it when they get in the office and let you know what I find out.
