Keep getting invalid format when trying to import Poser4 .obj files has anyone found whats wrong. I searched this fourm, but didn't find anything that helped.

Many people have had this problem. 3DS props will give you this error. Convert them to OBJ format and use UVmapper to give them UV's. This worked for one person I know. -JH.

I was plagued with this problem for weeks. Unfortunatly it is most likely another bug. I did find a work around courtesy of my good friend Tartan. Before exporting unparent all your props to universe including the hair. This has it's drawbacks as stuff like shoes and boots have been known to fly off. It's long winded but alas it is the only way I know. 9 times out of 10 you will get your poser .obj textures and all into Bryce 4. Not sure if the bug is Poser 4 or Bryce 4 related.
