Did a 3D paint-over of some old Poser 4 skeleton skulls in Photoshop CS 5 with their new dynamic (mix) brushes.

The new brushes are very cool. They will take some getting used to but I'm loving them so far!

Oh cool!  I'm thinking of upgrading just for the brushes because it seems a lot can be done with them, it's good to hear a confirmation of this!  :)  Your image looks great!

Hiya AgentSmith,

Your image looks great.
I've been thinking about upgrading for some time. The main reason I haven't is I'm not sure if all my PS7 brushes will work in CS5. I know they work in CS1 coz I have this installed on my other computer. I was wondering if you could have a look for me? If you don't have any PS7 brushes I can send you a set to test for me :D

I actually have quite a few PS7 brushes downloaded from the internet and yeah, that's one thing I always check, lol. So, yeah from what I have tried, old (PS 7.0) brushes work perfectly in CS5. Which is VERY important, imo.

That's good to know.Thanks for that :D
Everything in my store is made using PS7 simply coz of how many versions they work in. But I'd still like to upgrade my CS1 on my laptop for my art :D

I love CS5. I like GUI and ease of use.
