This ought to be simple, right? I just bought the ++morphs for V4.2. I load the basic V4.2 figure. With the figure selected, I go to Poses/DAZ'S Victoria4/Morph Injections/Morphs++. I see a long vertical row of images, beginning with AbsHeightL and ending with Young. I double click on, for instance, the AbsHeightL, and look at the parameters window. AbsHeightL appears under Deformers/Base. I move the dial to the right, the numbers increase, but then reset to 0. I move the dial to the left, and the number goes as far as -1, where it stays. Nothing, however, changes on the V4.2 figure. Some of the listed morphs do not even appear at the Base dial (for instance, EyeWrinkleL).

Shouldnt there be a Morphs++ under Deformers? On the Parameters Window there is the usual General, then the Deformers/Base, then Morphs|Shapes with Male and The Girl 4 below it, then INjection Channels with DAZ and Community below that (but no dials).

What obvious thing am I failing to do? I dont see any INJ Morphs command, such as V3 has. So how do I get my morphs to work???

Didst thou invoke the initialize the V4 Script from thy Desktop?

So is that TTFN or TANSTAAFL?

AbsHeightL makes a very small change to the V4 figure in the abdominal area, blink and you'll miss it. Why not try injecting one of the Full Body Morphs so you can actually see the difference it makes..

I tried many of the morphs--when the name of the morph appears at the dial (which, as I say, is not for all of them), I try dialing to +1, but the dial returns to 0. I can dial to -1, and it will stay, but I see no change, even with the grosser morphs.

How do I initialize the V4 script from my desktop? No icon appeared there.

I'll try reloading the morphs, see what happens. But still, shouldnt there be a ++morphs somewhere on the Parameters tab?

This is how your parameter dials should look, if you don't have this then you have a problem somewhere and we'd need to know what you have or haven't done already..

I reloaded the morphs...and now they seem to be working! I guess the installer hiccuped or something the first time. Thanks everyone for your quick replies...now I'll start experimenting, and if I have more questions I'll pose them here........D.N. Stuefloten
