I have 2 coupons one is for 3.16 the other is for the rendo one of 10.00
they are not working can someone please help me?

Those are quite likely to be Gift Vouchers, if so, it's a different box you need to enter the code in.

Hello,

You can only use one of these gift certificates at a time.

Please be sure you enter the code in the "gift certificate" box and click "apply" to be sure it applies to yiour order.
