Subject: Miki 2.0 vs Miki 1020

Okay, please don't gig me on this one... I've already searched the known Universe for info. Here's the deal - new computer, move and install Poser files and programs. OK, Miki 2.0 is there, with full UHM's and UBM's. Got Miki 1020 stuff that won't fit Miki 2.0, and it's driving me nuts! How did I ever get the '1020' character on that other computer? Can't find her on the old system anymore, but I remember seeing the figure in the library.  Smith Micro, eFrontier, and Content Paradise don't offer the figure. I backed up EVERYTHING to DVDs. She ain't there! Does anyone know where to get the package, or if it's even relevant anymore? Gracias.

I don't think the 1020 version is relevant anymore.  IIRC, the product was offered by Content Paradise before they completely revamped their site.  It appears that Miki 2 is the standard now, and at some point in the future, Miki 3 will be making her debut.

That's what I thought. But these Miki1020 files need a target. It's just me, wanting everything I had to go back to the way it was. Might be able to find a work-around. Or find the figure package somewhere. Thanks for the reply.

Last time I checked you could still log into your old CP account history to find your purchases, but I don't think they're offering any downloads of them anymore. But it could at least give you the peace of mind knowing if you bought Miki 1020 from them or not....

Miki 1020 is the original Miki  (1.0) with a few changes. Miki 2.0 is a completely different figure.

Didn't Miki1020 come with a special edition of Poser 6?  Maybe that's how you had acquired her...

Well, I started out by checking past orders from CP, but no joy. I'll bet that she did come with Poser 6, as Miki1020 was the US version of the Japanese Miki1.0. It doesn't show up in any of the content for the P6 disc, so I'll try and recover some stuff from the other computer. At least I might find some other things that I didn't back-up. Thanks for the suggestions.

The Miki 1 Pack I bought from CP is called MikiCEE_W_cnt.zip. Maybe this narrows down your search. I then got Miki 2 as an free update. Actually they just changed the body, the head is still the same and takes Miki 1 morphs.
