Subject: Missing photos

Today my daughter sent me 3 photos from her mobile by email,so I save to a folder when downloaded but when I open folder in Photoshop they are not in it, but they are on my computer? I even moved them to another file making absolutely sure where they were but the same problem. This has me absolutely confused to say the least.
Any ideas please

It may be that the format the photos are in is not compatable to Photoshop.
Check the properties to see what format they are and try opening them in aother programm

Probabile che siano nella cartella di windows : documenti, immagini o download !

Thay are jpeg but I will try another programme Thankyou
