is it a known glitch  in  V4.2  for her right collar to  trans X  a litle bit and get stuck  there ...when  you zero the figure after having loaded poses?

easy to  fix but annoying ...

add this to  the jaws flying out .....

I'm not aware of any problem with the V4 collars, but that's not to say there isn't one. With the jaws flying out, it might be an OpenGL/display-card/driver problem. Try setting the preview to "ScreeD Software". You will find that under the Display menu. If that fixes the problem, then is is most probably an issue with your display card, or its driver.

IIRC, the "flying jaw" is a parenting glitch, the cure for which is to do a restore element.

I have a vague recollection that it was something to do with a certain construction in some pose files.

the jaws  thing happens  somewhat  rarely - I will let you  guys know what  works out.

I think the collar  thing ( the fact  that  the body part moves) is a problem with  some bad pose files  of mine    BUT:

i still dont know why  the  zero  figure comand  would not remove the value  from  rCollar trans X.

Quote - i still dont know why the zero figure comand would not remove the value from rCollar trans X.

The Zero Figure button in the Joint Editor only zeros rotations, not translations. In normal circumstances the translation dials are hidden for all parts except BODY, hip, and IK goals when IK is on. When saving a pose from within the Poser interface, translation data is saved for all actors (except BODY), but normally all the translations saved to the pose will be zero. So I have no idea why your poses would affect the translations of the collars.

Below is the text of a pz2 that will reveal the translation dials for the selected actor. After applying the pose, you need to select a different actor so that the Palette refreshes and shows the translation dials. It may help you in resetting the translations, or in debugging the problem.

{

version
        {
        number 5
        }

actor $CURRENT
        {
        channels
                {
                translateX xtran
                        {
                        hidden 0
                        }
                translateY ytran
                        {
                        hidden 0
                        }
                translateZ ztran
                        {
                        hidden 0
                        }
                }
        }
}
