Problem with Vue 8.5 RenderOptions>UserSettings in 3dsMax2011! --------------------------------------------------------------

I have made a scene with 3dsMax2010+Vue8.4.
Now I updated the applications to 3dsMax2011+Vue8.5.

I re-opened the Max scene.
Tried to rendering: all is ok!

But I tried to switch RenderOptions, in the Vue PluginInterface of 3dsMax, from the default "Automatic"(based on native renderer sampling quality), to "UserSettings".
I put the settings for "AntiAliasing">TextureFiltering= 33%.

  • Now, the problem is that the bushes turn to a too much saturated green color! Why?

I also tried to switch from "Automatic" to "UserSettings" without TextureFiltering=33% (TextureFiltering=unchecked), and all rendering OK!

I also tried to turn Options to "Broadcast". All is OK!

  • But for Broadcast the time to rendering the animation is too much long, due to the TextureAntialiasing of Vue engine more high.

  • How can I do to rendering with "UserSettings">TextureFiltering Options without strong saturation problems?

  • I also tried to re-turn to "Automatic", after the activation of the TextureFiltering=33%, but the color of the bushes is also bad saturated with Automatic setting this time! Why?

  • What causes this behavior?

See the attached images.

Thanks!
Horsepower0171.

Could it be that when you switch to Vue render settings, post render options become active? Open your scene in Standalone and make sure post redner optiosn are disabled for your Vue cameras.

Not, I am checked it, the PostProcessing is not enabled for cameras...

Another thing: I rendering with 3dsMax Camera, not Vue Camera...

The problem is over the Bushes only, not over the entire scene...thus, PostProcesssing is not involved.

Ok, are you using GI in MR and in Vue? Maybe the difference comes from different settings in the render engines. Shadows coming from the Vue sun are a lot darker in the second render.

No, I am not using GI, not in MR nor in Vue.

Yes, the difference of the shadows (more darker in the second rendering) is because I set a different value of Sunlight Shadows in Vue, at about 90% in the second rendering, instead of 50%, because I seen that in the first image the shadows are too much transparent...

But the problem aren't the shadows, nor anything that can involve shadows.

I haven't change any other settings except the "TextureFiltering"=33%; also if I re-switched to "Automatic", the bushes still continue to be wrong colored.

Well, I'm out of ideas...
