Subject: Is there a way to insert seconds in middle of the timeline?

Well I can see how the keyframes are added/deleted and time line is increased/decreased but I don't see anything in the interface that allows you to insert some number of seconds in the middle of the timeline. What I'd like to do is to move the time arrow to a point in the timeline and then insert something like 20 seconds which would cause all keyframes and other such timeline data from that point to shift to the right by 20 seconds as well.  This is an easy task in something like Sony Vegas Studio but I can't seem to find it in vue animation creation. Can someeon provide some information about this?

I don't think you can do this. You can select keyframes and move them altogether on the timeline, but that's it.
