What does this have to do with the Picks?

Also, is the file your trying to download an actual free character or one found in a marketplace?? : )

Ah, you're refering to the freestuff picks below the Staff Picks.  It does appear to be a broken link.  Best thing to do is post this in the Freestuff forum so their mods can have a look and take care of it.
