I'm having trouble with shoes not conforming in both Poser Pro 2010 and Poser 8. I've tried everything to get them to conform correctly but they won't. They work fine in Poser 6 and 7. Here is a list of a few that I'm having problems with. I've tried everything to get them to conform. I've attached a pic to show the problem.

Is that V4?  Are you messing with Proportions dials?  If so, check this box on the shoe's BODY:

Hello, yes, it is V4. I didn't change any proportions. I load V4, zero her, turn off Ik, I even tried with IK on, load shoes and conform. I checked the include scales when conforming and they still won't conform.

Probably should contact the vendor(s) then.

edit: err, to clarify, I've done a number of shoe figures under Poser 8 and they work fine with V4, even with bodypart scaling.  There isn't a generic "shoes don't work with V4" problem in P8.

No, I've only had problems with the shoes I listed. I just realized that they are by the same vendor so I will contact them.
