You have a promotion saying I'll get 50% off on a purchase of over $25, I have a cart of 39 and am only getting 9 off, I may have bad maths but that's defiantly not 50%. 

The 50% off does not apply to items that are on sale or clearance.  Those products will count towards the $25.00 you need to have for the deal but will not recieve a discount, so maybe that is what is causing the problem?

I got the email, but no discount code.can you provide me with it please.it was blank where the code should have been

Richard this happens to me often, and while I dont have the email right in front of me to grab the code I remember that if I clicked and dragged my mouse over where the code should be it would highlight it and then I could see and copy the code.
