Hello,

I thought I remember reading that our member rewards were going to be doubled for our purchases last month.  Mine were not.  That is what I read was'nt it?

Not doubled, but rather good on all purchases instead of having to meet the normal minimum of $100.00

I truly think I read a newsletter that said it was doubled.  Wish I would have saved it.  Oh well, thanks Debbie.

I went back and took a look at the newsletters and it was only about the render rewards being given on any purchase. We did do a doubled render rewards last year at this time but this year's promotion was different.

How do I apply my rewards?   There's nothing when I check out... store credit says I have none..  but I have $8.00 somethng...

Go to your MY ACCOUNT page then click on the Render Rewards link and you will see a gift certificate code. You copy and paste that code on the checkout page in the Gift Certificate field and hit the apply button.

 

Let me know if that isn't clear and I'll help you along the process:)
