I bought this and installed it and it looks lovely. However, it seems to have some problems, as I cannot inject the head without my program freezing and closing.

I am running Poser 9 on Windows 7 and nothing else causes this problem. I have tried reinstalling it but it doesn't do any good.

If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated :)

I have her but no issues, running Poser 7 but do have poser 8 installed and Vista.  You may just want to re-download and re-load in case your file got corrupted.

Hey there, thanks for the response. Unforunately I have tried that but it's failed. Thanks for suggesting it though :)

Contact the Vendor

Unfortunately, both Vista & Window 7 have UAC issues with any version of Poser loaded into Program Files.  I would suggest that you reinstall into it's own folder within the core drive and try again.  The other alternative would be to deactivate UAC, but that would not be wise or recommended.

I'm going to try contacting the Vendor before reinstalling or anything like that. I have a lot of free and paid for items and it will be a nightmare to put them all back. Thanks for the help guys :)
