My last two posts disappeared within minutes of posting. I reconstructed the shorter one (4 lines or so) but the long one is gone forever, I'm afraid. Am I being zapped for any particular reason?

Nope you're not being zapped at all. I always copy my post to the clipboard before I hit reply, that way if there's a glitch I can repost it. Longer posts have to be broken up into several smaller ones it seems. -JH.

Both posts appeared, all prim and proper, at the end of their threads. I usually back up to the forum and reload to see. Five or ten minutes later, they disappeared. The short one was only four lines. But I'll remember to make a spare copy next time. ;-)
