That looks very much like the Christine Hair by Neftis over at Daz http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/-/christine-hair?item=8488&_m=d except with added bangs.  The bangs actually look like a separate prop in the promos anyways so I'm pretty sure that's the hair.
