Hello :)

I have a lot of old gift certs with minimal amounts that when putted together will be some moeny to spend... is possible to get all combined in just one?

As a user I have encountered fabiana's problem in the past.

(1) How come gift certificates cannot just roll together and behave as a store credit?

(2) and how come Renderosity doesn't have the option of adding more than one gift certificate at check-out?

Hello,

Gift certificates cannot be rolled as instore credit because gift certificates expire after 2 years.

We can combine gift certificates if you post in a forum asking us to (like fabiana did) or send an email to store@renderosity.com asking us to and we will gladly do so. The only thing that cannot be combined are Render Rewards.
