Something akin to the Guyver with a smooth helmet that shows the face. There are some armors that look fine, but you cannot tell who or what is wearing them.  From an artistic POV, I like being able to tell who I'm looking at, and an advanced armor could have a transparent faceplate to show emotion and who's wearing it.

A couple of different material zones would be appreciated.--a "Hard armor","Soft material".Gloves","Boots" and "Readouts" would be a great help, too.

I like both the Robocop and Gyver ideas, but am leaning more to the RoboCop side. We can already get armors that resemble Gyver type of armor, Xsurge (Think I spelled that right) has a bunch of them, but you can not find a RobCop armor anywhere. Something that you can take the helmet off and see the face of your character but like the movies has the cyborg body. Hell for the work it would take to build something like thatI would be willing to pay for it if it worked and looked good.

Broken, battered armour.

Bits missing. Dented. Straps broken. Holes. Cracked visors. Split shields.

Like arnour after a battle, not before.

ROBOCOP!!!!!!!!!!!! Do it. But with removable armor. And change the style a little to avoid being sued. An idea I had for the helmet is that a black morphable bullet proof visor covers his mouth area and can go open and closed.
