Subject: is there a texture that can be for M4 and V4?

available anywhere?  I was thinking one of those procedural ones I have seen in the MP could be for both or not?

No, I'm not kinky. Just a clothes thing if I put a head on M4 of V4.

Should be hard if you want to make it look real. There are major diff to the way male and female skin (texture) looks and also to placement of features/body is build. Interested t o hear if there is such an option

You can also reach me on skype.com to talk name ladiesmen22

funilly enough in the preview the textures match.

I will check some of the nodes (that I don't understand) in the material room and see what I can come up with. I can postwork her chesthair out.

ooh success. I disconnected some node of the V4 texture for all of the skin (thankgoodness for semidieu material manager) and disconnected something - i think maybe alternate specular or some such. And now it is perfect!!

well what a stroke of luck that was!

There are some differences in the UV-Maps. Usually this can be done with the free version of UVMapper. You load the V4 object and then you import the M4 object as UVs and save the new model with a new name. Now you can edit a cr2 with the new object name and you have now a V4 that needs M4 textures and vice versa.

..and there's UTC.

Interesting Jules53757.

I have a mac and UTC is PC but if I was desperate, i do have PC access.

But actually it was an amazing coincidence that once I adjusted the nodes in the material room the materials happen to exactly match up. who would have thought it.

I once used a texture called a Vorg that fit every model from Daz of the same generation.. V4, M4, Freak, Stephanie  all of them.. So it does work with some things...
