Subject: Cloth Room rips V4's skirt?!

I successfully clothified the dark skirt in this picture called Lorenadress.

I next clothify the Lorenaueberrock which is the transparent leopard skin skirt. Just like the former, I clothified the Hip part but the calculations RIPS the cloth in 3 pieces.

I didnt allow cloth collissions only collissions to V4 and the Lorena Dress.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Is everything welded? Looks to me like it's falling apart at the seams that were part of a group, suggesting it's not welded.
