Next week, I'm turning my gaming rig into a rendering rig.  I'm replacing my 3.0 GHz Core 2 Duo with a 3.06 GHz Core i7, compatible motherboard, and 24 GB of RAM to max it out.

Poser is going to love me.

:D

64bit PP2010.  I bought a copy last June.

Alright, the parts arrived Wednesday afternoon, and I got everything installed without blowing anything up!  Woohoo!  :)

Now, I have a question.  I read that it's a good idea to disable hyperthreading in Core i7 CPU's to make sure Poser Pro 2010 doesn't crash while rendering or produce artifacts in the final image.  Is this still sound advice, or does PPro 2010 play well with hyperthreading yet?
