Subject: Render Rewards Reminder

At least 3 times now I've forgotten to use my render rewards before they expire. I rarely spend enough to get them so I never really think about until it's too late. It would be really really nice if we got some sort of a reminder a few days before they expire, or if they lasted longer.

Hello,

 

We do send a reminder before the end of the month each month. Please make sure your email is the correct one in your profile and that you have Renderosity listed as a valid contact.

Hi Stacey,

I always get emails from here without a problem. If I have render rewards I get an email at the beginning of the month saying their ready, but never a reminder at the end of the month saying their going to expire. I wish there was a way to retrieve the ones that have already expired. I doubt I'm the only one this has happened to.

We put a reminder in the newsletter each month as well as the reminder email before they expire.

Well I must have missed it in the newsletter, and something really strange must be going on with the emails because I have never gotten a reminder at the end of the month.
