Hi, I've tried many times but I can't seem to replicate the lighting effect shown here in the pic. I use Poser 8. Many times it comes off too bright. Does anybody know the light setup shown here in the photo? Thanks for any help.

I would start with two lights set in front of the figures at 45 degree angles . Use a backdrop like Infinity cove from RDNA freestuff for the backdrop. You can see the light direction from the shadows on the ground.

Oh, and if you have Poser 8, use IDL. 2 lights is plenty. I'd look into some sort of Skydome, too... Bagginsbill has a good one, and it's free. On his site he explains how to use it and why it is necessary for good, even lighting.

Why not just ask what lighting they used for that promo?

Yeah, I already did. Also bought those figures from them. But no one's answering or helping.
