Ohhhh man - that will be fun! I do not believe I will make it this time around having just returned! LOL...

"To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them."

As a youth, I lived in Vegas between 61 and 64. I try to make it back there when I can, but life makes the decisions for me these days and I cannot make it now. Enjoy your time there. The magic lives in the surrounding desert just as much as in the city itself. Watch yourself and be mindful of who is around you.

Vegas was phenomenal! I've posted a few of my hundreds of images ( don't worry, they're not all Rendo worthy - but a few more are). It was a great time - weather was perfect, the place wasn't too crowded and the photo ops were too numerous to count. Only thing better would have been a couple of photog friends to share it worth.
I'm tossing around the idea of a return to Vegas in mid- or late-October; the weather should have cooled down by then and the crowds lessened.
This is very tentative right now, but if anyone is interested let me know.

I booked a Las Vegas stay 28-31 March and it occured to me that a renderosity get together there might be fun. I've seen the photos and read the descriptions of these rendezvous in Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco and Sacramento and I think LV with a bunch of photogs would be a blast.
I'm staying at the Monte Carlo, which has reasonable rooms and is very comfortable.
I realize it may be a little late for travel plans but I'm extending the suggestion.
Any takers? We can coordinate via this forum and site mail.
