Subject: Help me find this outfit?

Okay, so I'm looking for this outfit I cannot for the life of me remember the name of. It's a long skirt/skirtlike thing, some type of bikini top, and the most important part, there's a skull cap/hood thing that covers V4's eyes. 

It's not a blindfold like the justicar one, and it's not the steampunk one with a similar kind of cap. I know I've seen it and several expansions for it, but for the life of me I cannot find it now.

Send a site mail asking if you can either buy the outfit privately for either cash or a store credit to a store of their choice.

I've contacted vendors and have arranged such deals. Most are open to doing that. It's extra money for them, that they don't have to split with a store.
