Subject: Multiple Charges

There are now four $30.21 charges and two $25.07 charges for a single order I placed.

Details:

Thanks for your order (111919223) on Renderosity.com.
You will receive another email regarding payment.

Please see order details below:

Convertible car 1936(1 @ 8.96) $ 8.96
Era-1930 The Sedan(1 @ 21.25) $ 21.25

Sub-Total: $ 30.21
Shipping: $ 0
Taxes: $ 0.00
Total: $ 25.07

On Saturday the system four times indicated there was an error processing my order so I left the site and came back on Sunday, on Sunday the system indicated there was 1 error processing my order and the next try took though via an American Express transaction rather than Visa which I had originally chose.  All charges are currently pending on my account.   Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,> Credit Cards have a two step process. An authorization puts a "hold" on the funds and a settlement actually places the charge on your card. Your credit card was authorized, but not settled because the address and zip were not verified. This means your card company shows an authorization from Bondware, Inc. as a "pending" charge; however, you will not actually be charged. It can take from 2 to 7 days for this "pending" authorization to be released from your credit card. You can contact your card company to find out how long the charges will be in "pending" since they will not be settled. If you get the AVS failure, please do not keep clicking the Make secure Purchase button. Each time you do it puts another pending charge on your account.

The error was listed as unknow with the option to try again.  There was nothing to indicate that the charge was processed and no information was sent via Renderosity to confirm the order.  I will contact the bank to see how long it will take to clear those up.

Yes, I understand. That is because there was no order for the charge to attach itself to since it was not processing the order due to changes being made on the Gateway.
