Subject: Anyone else feel

like its 1995 and they are using the ultra cool 56K phone modem (the wonder of wonders when it came to internet speed at that time) when accessing "rosity the last couple days??

No problems accessing any other sites at all. Seems to be just renderosity.

It's been noticed, and a special announcement went up that they are working on it.

In the meantime, may I suggest reading "War and Peace" as a good way to pass the time? silly grin

Well, Prince, so Genoa and Lucca are now just family estates of the Buonapartes.
But I warn you, if you don't tell me that this means war, if you still try to
defend the infamies and horrors perpetrated by that Antichrist—I really believe
he is Antichrist—I will have nothing more to do with you and you are no longer
my friend, no longer my 'faithful slave,' as you call yourself! But how do you
do? I see I have frightened you—sit down and tell me all the news."

And it continues for who knows how many books:0

By the time you get to the last one you forget what was in the first one.

:) No thanks:)

BTW

Notice this at the top of the page

"**May 2010 Bryce Challenge - The Magic Hour

Entry Page is Up!**

Now that is a bit worrisome. And now my text just went green. Time to maybe stay away from here for a bit just in case it becomes catchy:)

Hey!! If we could only turn back time like they seem to be doing on this site we could actually make some money maybe on the stock market before the "recession" :)

Well Bobby, we usually try to keep it a secret so as not to get an influx from less fortunate areas of the country (not pointing out any particular area of course:) My room mate comes from Winnipeg and constantly thanks me for picking him up when I was going through Manitoba on the way back from the "almighty" province of Ontario:)

bobbystahr ( ) posted Fri, 25 March 2011 at 11:41 AM

Actually beelzebub we generally have much more clement weather here than there, but this 'climate change' the folks up in Alaska with the 'HAARP tool have been implementing has resulted in more precipitation round here than I personally have seen in my 62 years here. Sigh.. ...

Sorry took a while to revive my room mate when he saw the above statement. Had to stop the flow of blood where he hit his head on the corner of the desk when he went down:)

Yep, Winnipeg MB can have quite the weather, down to a balmy -55C in January, so cold you can see your words floating in the air when saying "good morning" to a fellow winnipegger and limitless snowfall at times. Here in Edmonton, we had almost 60cm of snow which hit a record. Some of that "Winnipeg" weather followed me here. But on the brighter side spring is on the way.  The bag of ice shipped here from Winnipeg is helping to ease my headache!! Cheers! Kevin.
