Expected hatch date: today!  But still waiting!

Thanks for posting this, I've been watching this morning.

 

She looks cute, fixing her next and also falling asleep but she's very alert.

At one point she did move up and the camear zoomed in and you can see the little puff that is the baby eagle.

Sigh...channel off line when I got there.. ...

 

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound

also, mom is feeding the little ones right now. very cool

Cute little future predators, aren't they ?   :)

When I was growing up in this part of the country, there were no eagles here.  It is so great to see them making a comeback.  Sometimes on my way to work, I see them along a wooded area of a river that I cross.

Sibling rivalry has reared it's ugly head! Today I saw hatchling 1 biting hatchlings 2 & 3 in the face out of jealousy.
