Subject: Thumbnail problem

I am a newbe and am trying to upload some of my work. but when I try to make a 100 x 100 thumbnail in photoshop I can't get the file down to the 15kb size allowed. Ideas please so that I can join in on this great site

Photoshop Save for Web Command

File > Save for Web & Devices. Then click the Optimize Menu dropdown (top right) and select Optimize to File Size.

You're welcome. You can always use the Quality slider but when you know the maximum file size you want then Optimize to File Size is your best choice.
