I recently rediscovered that I there were 4 orders in which I used all of the download and was unable to completely download the entire file because they were too big at the time because I only had dialup service.  I now have DSL and can download them easily, I need the following 4 orders reset:

Order # 111828258

Order # 111802899

Order # 111883607

Order # 111813051
