I was curious I recieved a Vue program item for my grabbag item,I don't own Vue & can't afford to buy the Vue program.Can it be exchanged for a poser or daz item? if not can it be removed from my things? i'll never download it as I can't use it. thanks

I had the same thing happen as I received an item for Lightwave. I contacted Renderosity by going to 'About Us' and in the dropdown to 'contact us'. I am hoping I will hear something to correct this soon.

Oh dear I tried again and this time I have an item for Vue and I do not have Vue so I will send another email - arrrgh!

I sent my response :) yep 1 have 3 kittens at moment.for a bit i thought mom quit feeding them,but she stills does.she's just picky bout where she'll feed at lol.

I responded to your FAQ question. You have to add the Grab Bag product to your cart along with whatever else you are purchasing for 5.00 or more in order to get your free item. 

 

Here is a link to the grab bag product but remember you have to purchase a regular item from the Marketplace for 5.00 or more.

Had the same issue that several others had with a Vue product being randomly pulled... sent email with the details, er 2 actually since I was a dunce and didn't include the order number on the first one...

Wow, I just had another Vue product kindly replaced and it is The Dark Mistress.

These people really do look after us.I am so thrilled. It is a great bit of fun getting the grabbag mystery surprise and then be able to have the ones you can't use replaced because you dont have the program.
All the RPublishing products are great and also tried and tested, so you know it will be a good product.

Thanks for Your help. I tried this all without luck. Now Grab Bag it`s over and there rests

2 invoices unpaid from trying.
