k so a buddy of mine has Photoshop cs5 extended, i read it has the ability to paint directly on 3d models, so i decided to fiddle with it and see what its capable of. I havent upgraded mine since Photoshop 7, done fine for me, anyway, im noticing an issue, i loaded Victoria 4's obj in and what i see when applying a texture is, the uv maps are all stacked on each other, like it is normally, does photoshop not have the ability to read uv maps? pics are below of what im talking about, the 1st is b4 i apply the texture to the model and the 2nd one is after. like i said im just now messing with something higher than PS 7, looked at some tutorials and what not, to no avail, anybody have any input?
