I finally decided to retire my old E2220 32 bit machine, and just ordered a new Gateway i7-2600 w. 8 gig ram and a 1.5 gig NVIDIA GT440.

For $900 it seemed like a pretty good deal, I just hope all my software works with it. :)

All your software should work just fine except stuff on the 5-1/4 in.  floppy (take a little effort in getting the floppy to fit the DVD drive).  Jan

I think they're too big xD

Although I've seen a computer with a record player in it before. Obviously a non standard tower though lol
