OK.. More than likelly, this was (maybe) a question already answered in the past. However, I have looked (on the form) and could not find such a direct Poser question.

Can anyone tell me how to import modeled characters from Poser into Carrara.

Check your manual, Poser figures can be opened directly from the associated .CR2 with the associated morphs and deformers

Maybe tchamberlain2 means via the runtime? This would be in 'content' (far right tab in the lower tab). You have to add the Poser runtime with the black circle. After that you can open a character from the runtime. No need to use an importer this way.

So your telling me I can open a Poser character in Carrara by adding the black ball runtime (version) in the conents. How cool (if this works)!

My characters are v4 and m4 ones anyway. Daz makes v4 and m4. So, why shouldn't it work, right? Even though I am importaning them from Poser.
