Subject: background photo disapears

I loaded a jpg image for a bckground but when I choose export image, the background photo disappears. How can I fix that?

Also, when I chose a background color, it always comes out as black.

what are you saving the final product as. If its a .png, it will vanish, ensure that you save as a .bmp, .jpg, .tiff.

Are you sure that its the background dot and not one of the others?
