The computer I just returned had windows 7 ... There has to be a setting in there that is doing it. Unfortunately new computer hasn't arrived yet, so I can't hunt it up for you, but I know my old one did that til I went in and changed something - then she'd render without the system falling asleep :) (she hated Vue, though, so I returned it lol)

I really don't want to turn it off permanently, I just don't want it to start with I have something in progress. I suppose I can disable it during a long render, then inable it when done. Bit of a pain though.

Most renders 2 hours or longer and my Windows 7 computer goes into sleep mode about a quarter of the way through. Sometimes I have to wake it up repeatedly to complete the render which adds to the overall rendering time. Is there an easy way to prevent the computer going to sleep while Vue is rendering? If not, how do others handle this problem?
