Can anyone suggest a tutorial for creating different walking speeds (gentle amble, etc.) in poser 4? Cheers!

Have your tried the walk designer in Poser4?

I have trouble with that myself. The walk designer seems to like to set its own speed (which is usually WAY too fast.) If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers, guys. The standard rate in the walk designer makes everyone power-walk, instead of the gentle stroll I'm looking for. Anyone else got any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to shoot a sci-fi blockbuster!!!!!!!!! :)
