Which s.n. are they asking for? I tried plugging in my 2010 number are they looking for poser 8 s.n. or poser 7??? And for some reason in the forum when I hit enter my cursor jumps down 5 lines any tips on how to fix this?

You may be trying to get the Poser Pro update and not the 2010 update (did it myself so I know ... lol)

Nope scrolled down and made sure it's 2010. Will call them in the morning.

Another thing to watch out for is that Queue Manager has a separate serial number.
