Hello again! :) I need to ask a few questions about making conforming shoes. I am making a set of stiletto pumps fitted to Aiko3. I first built them in their final form and rotated the toe so they looked like flats. Then I turned the shoes into figures. They bend well enough, but I was wondering if I had added an unnecessary step. So far, I've made a pose to distribute with them and that appears to take care of the problem for this pair of shoes. Basically, I was wondering what the most efficient way to conform heeled shoes might be. The attached image is the first version of this model. ( I don't have a good preview image of the second, but they are of the same height and overall fit) Also, I'd like to thank the people who helped me with the morphs thread. I was able to find out what I needed to fix. It turned out that my morph was not scaled correctly and that I had been trying to add it while the skirt was conformed. I hadn't realised that any motion or scaling will be reflected in how the morph behaves. Thank you very much for your help! :)

This thread may be of some use to you. Awhile back I was asking for my own help with conforming shoes :).

Thank you. This did answer some questions I had, such as could the shoe be rigged as is without rotating the toe beforehand. I made a search but this did not come up. I wish I'd seen it before; it shows a good way to make this work. The only real difference under the hood between our models is that the toe on mine needs to bend. However, the thread you linked to has given me some ideas for how to make this figure work more efficiently. I'm off to try a few things out. Thank you again for your help! By the way, the shoes you made look great! :D
