Hallo there I have been looking for poses for any figure with some work themes. Digging, Stoking, working on machine with wrench, hammers and so on... anybody have some tips for this?

you could try Most Digital, Schlabber (if that person is still around) are 2 sites for lots of free poses. There's another, but I don't recall the name. Search the threads for poses here, it should turn up.

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

There are a number of poses under 'male poses' which may be close to what you want, certainly there are lifting and carrying poses.

My recommendation is to look for pose packs which offer partial poses for different body parts.  The mixing & matching, and some constructive tweaking,  makes it ideal to create custom poses suitable for any situation.  You can even generate your own and save them back into your library for use in the near future.

http://www.schlabber.org/  - I started out using Schlabbers poses.  Lots to work with there.
