Subject: Artist's Choice Gallery....

I miss so many images here from so many great artists... it would be great to have a gallery where each artist can post ONE image for a month... at the end of the month it is emptied.. and new posting starts... if anyone has ways to improve this idea... I would love to hear them... Take care JM

Interesting idea. I'm interested to hear what others think.

I was just thinking about something similar, maybe a favorites gallery where you can set a filter for your favorite artist/s (maybe a limit on how many can be filtered for). This could be seperate for each user, I am not sure of the overhead for renderosity though. I always select the all option when browsing new images but having this gallery would allow me to not miss pictures from my favorites.

I have to admit, the idea of a gallery where an artist could upload one image, that they had posted in previous months, to a "Choice" gallery. They couldn't change it, or just link out to one that's already in the gallery of their choice. At the end of the month it will clear out, and the artist could link to the same pic or a different one. I'm using linking here liberally, in effect it would be a link to that image of their choice, but it would also be a gallery with thumbs and the works. Again, a pic, that was posted previously. So that each Artist here has the oportunity to highlight one of their favs, and their won't be competition of numbers by more prolific(spelling) artists. An interesting idea, I would be for it. Tom
