Not a street scene, although it is just off the side of the highway. Was trying to create a late 1800s kind of look that Ive seen in photos of the old west. This is in the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas. A color version is in the galleries. The 200kb limit in the forums prevented me from posting it larger.

Sepia Sepia Sepia Sepia Sepia!!!!!! I think you got exactly what you were looking for,This is beautiful. I think thouhg, it needs to be faded into sepia. By the way Adoby Image Ready does a great job of coverting images to be internet ready, that might help your size issue. It ships with photoshop, and find that most people don't really know what it does. Nice work Phrank -Gabe-

I did use the save for web in Photoshop, but due to the detail in the photograph it still made a huge file even at only 50% quality. I did play around with a sepia blend too, but finally decided to post this pure looking B & W. When I print it though, Ill probably go with the sepia. On the color version, I mixed in blurred blue sepia, and really liked the result. Thanks for the feedback!

Aw, this is cool! I know a farm in Yorkshire (UK County) where they do a very similar thing with moles when they catch them hang them on the barbed wire - runs for about 1/4 mile and the stench is foul! They say the smell wards other moles away - but seeing as how they'd caught so many I wasn't so sure.....lol

Really good one. I dig the b&w version more, this works. This actually looks like old photo. Search pic of old photo and copy edges to this, would be great. You know, few rips and torn edges. .n
