I created a pair of boots for Alyson using Blender3D. I can import the boots as a wave front object into Poser and even fit them to Alyson's feet. Obviously though, since they're basically just a prop at this point they won't conform to Alyson's feet. If you'll also notice the boots have heels on them.  So how do I use the set up room to make the boots conform to Alyson?

I have seen Tutorials on how to conform other clothes, but since these are boots and they had to be made to fit Alyson, or rather Alyson had to be made to fit the boots. How do I conform the boots?

Boots and shoes are tricky, but see linked thread.

You can make them conforming, but is is not sticktly required.

You can also make them smart props for each foot.

Position them as you need, for each boot set parent to the foot, select inhibit bends, and save as a smart prop.

They follow the movement of the foot, plus one group up = the shin, and and one group down = the toes.

That way, you do not have to rig them, and they are in your library as smart props.

Yeah, EClark...have a look at that thread nruddock posted: it helped me a whole lot ;) Attached is an image of boots I made with the help of that thread. The texture is a WIP. Boots made in Wings3D.

Well, everything looks good, but think I'll have to go back into Blender and redo the boots a bit, so they'fit the default pose better.
