I haven't heard from him in sometime and he doesn't seem to have posted anywhere in about a year.  I just wanted to check in on him as I know he wasn't in the best of health and I miss him.

There is a youtube channel of that name , last activity 9 months ago.

There is something march 31, 2011 here

hope he is ok and just taking a break.

Hmm, so that's Joelglaine and LittleDragon that I haven't heard from in quite some time. They're both great conversationalists.

 

Currently using Poser Pro 2012 (Display Units = feet)

AMD Phenom II 3.2ghz (6 cores)

8gb RAM

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

LittleDragon is MIA as well ? 

 

It is wierd how you can grow accustomed to seeing people and talking with them online only, they become a part of your life and when they are gone you do notice the viod that they leave.  There are many over the years that make me sit back and wonder whatever happened to them.  Then there are people who have simply wandered away and while you still miss them, you see them online from time to time and you are glad that they are okay.

Yes, Little_Dragon hasn't posted in about a year too.  But that is not uncommong. He comes and goes for extended periods of time.

That makes me sad. I was hoping someone would pipe in and say that he was doing okay.  :(

I tried sending him site mail earlier this year and there was no response.

Spoke to Joel end of September last year, he'd managed to get a place and some help after living in his van for a while. As his last deviant account post says he got lucky with some cash and got a new PC.

Last contact was around October/November, when we briefly discussed what to with the products that some other artists had made for him a while back. For various reasons, he wasn't interested in brokering these himself, so kindly agreed to allow these to be released as free items. I thought that was nice as these where made to help someone, so it wouldn't be right to sell them.   

Since then heard nothing.

I tried calling the number that I had for him, but no one answers and you can't leave a message.  :( 

Thanks for the replies.  I don't want to assume the worst, but...well, you know. 

I have an address, I am going to try writing a letter.

pardon, but i'm just wondering if you'd every found out anything?  not that i'm trying to pry, but i followed his gallery since his time in the critique group and was always impressed by how creative he was and how much he did.  i knew he was in dire straits and have been a bit worried some time now.  but since i don't really know him, i didn't think it was my place to say anything.  so i'd really love to know if any more is known.  not anything to violate anyone's privacy or anything, just if he's OK or in the middle of something or not.

I haven't heard anything, and I don't think Rebekah has either. Would just like to know what happened and if there's anything we can do to help. We talked with him a lot and he came to be one of our good online friends. :( -Les
