For hispanic increase the magneta on the Asian skin tone. This is what I think it is.

 

CMYK: 8, 40, 48, 0

RGB: 247, 215, 207

I think its kinda cool how "ethnicity" can be broken down into cymk color coding...

I'm somewhere between 21,53,69,3 and 46,67,77,50 =P
